HP EliteBook 8540w screen viewing angles Posted by: Brunni132
Video duration: 98 seconds 1600x900 (HD+) screen. The 1920x1200 one is exactly identical. Colors are good, they don't shift a lot when not viewed in front, compared to most panels. The screen is not grainy at all, and excellent for a matte panel. Don't forget this was taken with my phone and exagerates apparent problems! Video duration: 100 seconds OS X running in VMWare on an EliteBook 8540w (Core i7 620M) with Quadro FX 880M in power-saving (405/325 MHz), just to give an idea of what performance to expect. The VM has 1 Go of allocated memory. XCode/iPhone simulator were not already launched since boot, but Safari was (did speed up its lauch a bit).
