The first person animations though are excellent. and clean. There are games that have worse 3rd person walking animations though, The only thhing wrong with these is the upper chest and body stays straight .? it should curve more when they take a step and shift back and forth a bit. But i wouldn't say it's horrible.

I played this game? and the animations are truly horrible and IMO distract from the game. They (tripwire) should try to get a more talented animator. Also the particle effects for bullet impacts, explosions and smoke could use a lot of more work, they should study Relic Entertainments work on "Company of Heroes" for some of the best special effects ever.
