The only time I recall seeing? Rich on camera was in the last Super Password. When all the guys came on stage, he was the guy in the yellow jacket (he was the one working up the audience).

He did 6 shows until Bob Hilton takes over for the next couple of weekes. (See TPIR timeline.) One of them we saw was when Bob Eunacks promoted teh revival? of Card Sharks.

As long as the shows are originally broadcast in very good quality. GSN's out of it. And the full Love Connection which he subs Gene Wood. Rich was? the original annoucer of "Super Password" for about a few weeks until Gene Wood took the rest.

I could say Rich was been "blockbusted" or ripped from teh Gold Run which the black blocks have been connected from top to bottom. Thanks for sharing one of the original broadxast filled with plugs. I bet GSN would never air the shows with the now late Rich Jeffries due to very short intros, and we'll never know? what he looked like; he may be completely private. I was kinda shocked and felt sorry for his death. I like his voice and will never forget him.

I had no idea he died. Wow. Rich Jeffries ironically also would rotate w/ the late Gene Wood announcing Love Connection with Chuck Woolery and also once subbed in one of the final weeks of shows of Bill? Cullen's Blockbusters as well. Now he's up there w/ Bill Cullen, Bob Holness (of the U.K. version), Gene Wood, Rod Roddy among those that left us.

Rich Jeffries was sub-announcer of Super Password also, but he had to go and he's with God now. Maybe? you can do an episode of Super Password with Rich announcing, you don't have to, it's just a suggestion.
