I would recommend the quietest baffles that Vance and Hines has. I love the sound personally but feel sort of bad driving around in traffic and through neighborhoods. When you get on it, it is VERY loud. I love the looks of these pipes but wish that there was some sort of? electronic baffle that made them quiet for 75% of my cruising.

If you want max clearance with your leg I would go with the K & N filter. The RSD will contact your leg but to be honest, it doesn't bother me in the slightest (I'm 5'8"). I picked it? for looks and it hits your leg less than the original ham can. Contact me privately with your email address and I'll go take a few pics from the back so that it will help you decide. One thing...the black RSD finish now looks more like a black cherry (rootbeer) color after being in the sun.

everyone has the vance n hines short? shots/long shots !but very few if any have the storz pipes or the supertrapp pipes.the best performing n best looking pipes period!why else would the pro flattrackers use them!!!hmmmm! better torque/better sound!!
