Don't repeat the same workout over & over again. Aim to lose 2-3 lbs? a week & no more than that or you will gain it back with a vengeance.

Hello Fitness? Blender, I love all your vids, I practice 4 times a week for 2 months and I feel really great. Now I have a question - itīs alright to practice this one or another your cardio workout with 2 repetions, 4 times a week? Please don't worry about building muscles, even with strength training. Women can't, wont, and don't "bulk up" like so many of us worry about. Muscle burns more calories = makes it easier to stay thin. If you? want to do more than 60 mins at a time, I recommend breaking it up into working out 2x a day @ 45 mins each.

A mix of cardio, allover strength training (NOT just your abs, even though that's what you're after) and healthy eating. Don't diet, don't go for gimmicks. Just start now & you'll be where you want by summer. Combine our workout videos to do an hour? total on most days & there is no way you wont be fit by then.
