Not sure what you're complaining about. I love the composite racks. I wouldn't have an ATV without them. I've owned Honda, Arctic Cat, Can Am and Polaris. The composite racks don't rust, they look great and have built in? storage. They might be heavier on paper, but ride one on the trail and there is simply no comparison.

I work at a Polaris, yamaha, and Suzuki dealership. And I really liked Polaris until I started working there. I still love their designs, I think they are the best on the market because they are always modern, but I see from working here that the quality control is not what it used to be. A shame, really. I would get a yamaha. The suzuki's? are nice, but I prefer the quality of the yamahas.

Polairs makes a great atv and side x side but they still use outdated cvt belt technology. Why not at least change to a more reliable shaft drive like Honda. Also how about a sealed? breaking system like Yamaha? Polaris has already done everything else better than the other brands and these two things should be done also. This way there would be no reason to consider any brand but Polaris!

Alan ran is rzr in the hill climb race up Los Primos at Morris Mountain. Most people have a hard time getting up this nasty double ledge in a buggy and he was climbing it in his Rzr. He is one heck of a driver.

You know, if you put your belts on like that, you have more change of ripping them apart, and the usual 2 year warranty doesn't work for it then, the company always assumes you have clutch problems, but? its just how the belt was put on, your best bet is to put a couple of wedges between the primary clutch so you don't have to roll it on because if you roll in on you stretch it and wear down the outside of the belt as well

usually i use a jack stand and put the rear tires off the ground. and use the tires to spin the belt. off...pinched a finger your way once.....on older quads those primaries will be harder to remove...i found putting some grease in hole (or tipping quad up on side and fill hole with oil) before putting the bolt in... the bolt never? touches the crank shaft that way. just blows off the crank like a rocket due to the hydralic pressure

I hope my question will be answered, what exactly does that belt do, I am asking because I have one them off brand linhai 300 4x4 4 wheelers, and the guy I got it from said that it hesitates on take off or strains because the belt needs replaced. Ah, I see. And I guess movement of magnetic north/south, the earth's axis of rotation, and continental drift? (crustal movement) are not related directly. I can see how the first and last could be though if the crustal movement was large and sudden enough. How could you tell if the crust moved suddenly and the rotational axis stayed the same for the most part? Check the position of the ecliptic plane, star positions, and see if their is a corresponding movement of the poles?

No, it isn't, nor has it ever been or will be. It will get as close at it will get to the North Celestial Pole (or? rather, the pole will come closest to Polaris, for it is the wobble - "precession" of the earth's axis that is responsible for the change) between the years of 2100 and 2102, where it will be within half a degree from the pole. Polaris is still considered a pole star simply because it is the brightest star near the pole and is useful for navigation and alignment. Its "close enough."

Wow. "Polaris" refers to the POLE it is (currently) near. During the Greek and Latin eras Polaris was NOT the pole star. Look up Polaris on Wikipedia. The circle is traces in time-lapse photos is only visible by this method and now that it is near celestial north. Actually, it didn't have intercontinental range. A missile has to a have over 5500 km range in order to be called ICBM. The Polaris had a 4600 km max range. It was not an intercontinental ballistic missile.? But it was far ahead of everything the Russians had in this field during the 1950's and early 1960s. It's a shame how America backed down during the missile crisis when they had all the strategic advantage they could have. It's a shame how the soviets managed to scare America.
